Due to the nature of our handmade swimwear, we do not accept returns. Each piece is carefully crafted to order, and we are unable to restock worn or customized items.

However, we do offer limited exchanges on select items.

 

To begin to see if your purchase is eligible for the exchange process, please follow these steps:

 

1. Submit a Return Form (Below)
   To initiate your exchange, you must first complete our Return Form (Below). This allows us to review your request and if eligible; present you with a curated selection of similar exchange items (based on style and availability).

2. Choose Your Exchange Item
   Once we receive your completed form, you’ll be sent a selection of available items to choose from. These options are based on comparable styles and values.

3. Ship Your Original Item
   After confirming your exchange selection, you may then ship your original item back to us. Please ensure the item is:

   • Unworn and unwashed

   • Free from any marks or damage

   • Returned in its original condition and packaging

   • Send photos of area of concerns to email below.

4. 
   Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.

5. Receive Your Exchange
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your selected exchange item and provide a tracking number if approved.

 

 

Note: All exchanges must be initiated within [2–7] days of receiving your order.
